One of the key elements that sets RTT® apart is its focus on accessing the subconscious mind. Our subconscious holds a treasure trove of beliefs and patterns that shape our behaviors, emotions, and perceptions of the world around us. Through RTT®, I guide my clients into a state of deep relaxation, enabling them to access their subconscious mind. In this alpha state, which feels like you’re daydreaming or intently focused on a great movie or TV show, I lead my clients into 3 or 4 scenes that help them understand where these beliefs and patterns begin so they can recognize that they are more than these subconscious looping thoughts that flood their mind daily. Then, I help them reframe those old outdated beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them. The last technique I use is the transformation, which integrates all the positive beliefs and patterns they want and how they want to live their life. The transformation is a 15 to 20 personalized recording that my clients listen to daily for 21 days so that these changes become not what they do but who they are.
