I spent years chasing validation through performance — on the field, in my career, and in life — until I discovered the truth: real confidence isn’t something you achieve, it’s something you build from within.
That realization began decades ago on a high school football field, when my coach taught me to visualize success before it happened — igniting a lifelong fascination with the power of the mind.
Now, as a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist ® and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I help clients experience deep, lasting change and finally address the root cause of their struggles — not just the surface symptoms. In many cases, one session is all it takes to create lasting breakthroughs, helping clients step into a new chapter of confidence, clarity, and freedom.

So, they start by addressing the symptoms of the problem, hoping to eventually uncover the cause beneath it all.
My approach is the opposite.
From the very beginning, we go straight to the root cause of what’s holding you back. Together, we access your subconscious mind — the part of you that holds the real answers — so you can finally understand when and why those feelings first began. You’ll see what was happening in your life at that time, what you were feeling, and how those experiences shaped the way you’ve seen yourself and responded to the world ever since.
Then, we reframe those old experiences so you can clearly see the truth: those events happened to you, but they are not you. The moment you release the emotional weight of the past, you begin to feel lighter, freer, and more in control of your thoughts and emotions.
From there, we begin building new, empowering beliefs — the kind that align with who you truly are and who you’re becoming. This is where real transformation happens.
