  • What does a Rapid Transformational Therapy® Session feel like when you are in Hypnosis?
    The feeling is different for different people. Some people feel a little sleepy, and some do not. Others may feel very light or a floating feeling, and others may not. Most people feel good, relaxed, at ease, very aware, and focused. When people are in Hypnosis, they are more aware of themselves and their feelings, not less.
  • How does Hypnotherapy work?
    Hypnosis is not magic or some kind of woo-woo stuff - it's science! It works by creating a burst of Delta brain waves in the brain - the same thing that happens when you are in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage in your sleep. That's what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It's very safe, easy, and effective. Also, when clients are in Hypnosis, the critical factor in their mind that tells them they can't do something shuts down, and they are more aware of the endless possibilities of what they can achieve.
  • Can I get "stuck" in Hypnosis?
    No! You are in complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, answer questions, or even come out of Hypnosis anytime you want. In Hypnosis, don't expect to feel hypnotized. You will feel very relaxed and aware of what's going on. In fact, most people don't even realize they are in Hypnosis until they come out of it.
  • How long does it take to complete one Rapid Transformational Therapy® Session?
    Most Rapid Transformational Therapy® sessions last between 90 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. Therefore, I ask my clients to block off at least 3 hours to have a chance to reflect on the session before resuming their busy schedule.
  • What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
    What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That's what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately change your beliefs. And for many clients, they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you precisely what you need to see.
  • What if I don't "go deep" enough?
    Don't worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It's really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don't get stuck on "Am I deep enough?" Just tell yourself the truth - "This is working," and it will absolutely work.
  • What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
    If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse or other trauma, it's important to remember that you are not reliving that scene; you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. Your subconscious mind will show you what you need to heal.
  • When will I start to see changes?
    There are 3 different ways people change using Rapid Transformational Therapy® - every person is different: 1: Immediate - You have an instant change right away in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviors during the session. 2: Accumulative: You see consistent shifts every day or over time. 3: Retroactive: You don't see the shifts right away, and then one day, you notice you don't have certain behaviors or have the same bad feelings any longer; you notice things are different in your life now.
  • Can you make me say or do something I do not want to do?
    Absolutely not. You are always in complete control of everything you say and do. You cannot be persuaded to do or say anything you don't want to. In fact, I always ask people if that sounds right to them, and sometimes they say yes, that's exactly right, and sometimes they will say that does not feel right to me. You are in complete control of your thoughts and actions 100% of the time.
  • What happens if we get disconnected on our ZOOM call during the RTT® Session?
    If our call gets disconnected, you could possibly drift into sleep if you're really relaxed, but you'll notice relatively quickly that you're not hearing my voice and open your eyes. Then, I will send you another link to the Zoom meeting, and we will pick up right where we left off. It's really not a problem; it has happened before, and the session still moves along great.
  • What if I need or want another RTT Session?
    RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on particular issues, depending on the issue and its depth. Sometimes, it can take up to 3 or 4 sessions. Some people want to do additional sessions to work on other areas of their lives and receive coaching to integrate new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons, I offer 30, 60, or 90-day plans to support you and help you through challenging areas that may take more than one session.
