Next of Kin/Medical Professional Details – In rare cases where there is concern for your well-being, we may contact your next of kin or a medical professional. You will be informed if this step is necessary.

Session Notes – Brief notes from your session(s) may be kept to support your progress and assist in creating your transformation recording.

Will Your Data Be Shared?

Your personal information will not be sold, shared, or used for unethical purposes. However, data may be shared in the following circumstances:

If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case relevant authorities may be notified.

In professional discussions with other coaches or RTT practitioners for training or improvement purposes. In such cases, only your first name may be used, and details will remain confidential.

Physical Documents – Session notes are kept in a locked area.

Digital Records – Notes with your initials are stored on a password-protected computer.

Phone Numbers – May be stored in a password-protected business mobile phone.
